Commis caters events ranging from intimate 10 person dinners, to celebrations of over 100 guests. More than just cooking, Chloe enjoys the full production of it all. As her sister says “she doesn’t just bring the food, she brings the vibe”. Our events are designed to create something unique and meaningful to you.
Philosophy
Chloe takes her decade-long experience in opening restaurants to every event she caters. By treating each event like its own little restaurant, our guests are offered something unique and personal to them. The Commis team crafts a personal menu for each event, based on the vision of the client. The food brings us together, but all of the finishing touches (custom menus, tableware, flowers, service style) are what bring the entire vision to life.
The Food
Our food is rooted in the Italian way of eating, simply prepared using the best ingredients and produce we can find. Chloe has spent years understanding California’s landscape, and brings this California touch to all of her dishes.
